Your house becomes a "co-living arrangement" that you don't own. Your music, your movies, your books, your software — already gone. The ratchet is one direction. Once a product becomes a , it does not return.\n\nThe asset-class transfer is happening on schedule. Single-family home institutional ownership: 2.4% in 2010, 13% in 2023, projected 28% by 2030.
