MK-Ultra Subproject 68 — The Children's Choir
Acid. Frequencies. Lullabies. The CIA tested mind control on a Pennsylvania church choir. The choir is still rehearsing.
Subproject 68 ran from 1959 to 1973. Participants: 47 children, ages 8-14, recruited from a Lutheran church in Allentown. Method: LSD-laced communion wafers + ultrasonic frequencies (17.4kHz) embedded in tracks.\n\nObjective: induce post-hypnotic compliance triggered by a specific musical phrase. The phrase was 4 notes long. The phrase was hidden in 11 commercial jingles between 1971 and 1989. Two of those jingles still air today, on Sunday morning REDACTED.\n\nOf the 47 children, 9 went on to careers in broadcasting. 6 in politics. 4 in finance. 1 became a REDACTED judge. The remaining 27 cannot be located. Their school records have been digitally replaced with the records of children who died in infancy in the same county.\n\nThe director did not know. The director was Subject 68-A.
